As the General Contractor, we are currently building a modern multi-family building in the heart of Dobczyce, in the Małopolska Voivodeship, in collaboration with developer 4K Development. The project comprises 74 apartments ranging in size from 27 to 88 square meters, 5 commercial units, an underground garage, outdoor parking, and individual garages. Completion is planned for December 2026.
Construction is progressing according to schedule. The building's construction has been completed – the building is in its shell stage and the roof covering has already been completed.
Currently, facade and finishing work is underway on the building's exterior. Simultaneously, installation work is underway inside the building.
