Construction Manager
We are currently looking for Construction Manager, who will join our team and support us in implementing the investment in accordance with the specified technical and budget requirements and deadlines.
- Organization of work on the construction site, including ensuring the completeness of documents and fulfillment of all formal requirements necessary to commence construction.
- Subcontractor management, including the selection of appropriate companies, negotiation of cooperation terms, planning and supervision of work implementation.
- Active participation in meetings with the investor and organizing meetings with subcontractors, foremen and engineers aimed at resolving current challenges and ensuring the smooth implementation of the investment.
- Supervision of the investment implementation, including ongoing schedule updates, monitoring the progress of work and the quality of its execution, as well as maintaining a construction log.
- Ensuring safety on the construction site, including supervision of compliance with legal and occupational health and safety regulations.
Timely preparation of acceptance documentation, including conducting technical acceptance of premises and finalizing fault-free protocols. - Material procurement management, including demand control, order placement, and material receipt and quality control.
- Reporting work progress to the management board, including regular information on project implementation in order to ensure efficient strategic decision-making.
- Construction profitability management.
- Education in the field of construction confirmed by a higher education diploma.
- Several years of experience as a Construction Manager or Construction Works Manager.
- Solid knowledge and experience in construction management, including managing all stages.
- Experience in managing budgets and investment costs, including cost optimization and expenditure monitoring.
- Ability to manage teams of engineers and foremen and coordinate the work of various execution groups.
- A proactive approach to work, openness to cooperation and highly developed communication skills enabling effective team management and cooperation with project stakeholders.
Construction Engineer
We are currently looking for Construction Engineerwho will join our team and will strengthen us in the process of implementing construction investments.
- Support and coordination of the construction start-up phase, including verification of requirements, completion of documentation and preparation of infrastructure on site.
- Support for the contracting process, including in particular: preparation of requests for proposals, completion and analysis of received offers, preparation of comparative summaries;
- Technical supervision of construction, including quality control, problem solving, monitoring and identifying risks and threats, along with supervising their removal.
- Meticulous maintenance of construction documentation and completion of as-built documentation in accordance with accepted standards.
- Support and coordination of the construction completion and commissioning stages, including conducting acceptance of premises with buyers, reporting defects and taking minutes.
- Ordering and receiving materials in accordance with quality and budget requirements, verifying equipment performance and reporting discrepancies and defects.
- Higher education in the field of construction confirmed by a diploma.
- Basic knowledge of construction law, construction standards, quality standards and occupational health and safety rules.
- Basic knowledge of procedures related to construction documentation, including as-built documentation.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and design documentation.
- High communication skills, both in contacts with the team and with clients and subcontractors.
- Basic knowledge of construction project management software such as MS Office, AutoCAD and willingness to learn and use new tools.
- The ability to quickly identify risks and threats and propose effective solutions.
- Driving license category B.
