Construction design analysis
At this stage, we discuss the purpose and scope of your investment, as well as the budget and projected completion dates. As part of the business plan analysis, we review the site and documents to determine when and to what extent we can begin working together.
Investment design and valuation
As a general contractor, we can support the design process or coordinate it entirely. Based on this, we select technologies and raw materials, prepare a cost estimate, and establish a construction schedule. After completing the necessary documentation, we sign the contract.
Operational preparation
At this stage, we conduct preparatory work, including logistics, order fulfillment, site security, and sanitary infrastructure organization. We also select a Project Manager, team, and subcontractors to ensure work begins on schedule.
Carrying out construction works
We begin construction. We manage your project according to the agreed schedule and with constant cost control. Our contract manager and construction manager oversee quality and safety on the construction site, ensuring transparent communication and progress reporting.
Collection and handover of the object
We initiate facility acceptance procedures, initiating quality inspections and technical acceptance, conducting functional system tests, and conducting a final review of the project. We complete full as-built documentation and prepare the facility for use.
